1. About our digital resources
Digital resources from Jody Macmillan | Mind & Wellbeing are created to provide general wellbeing information and opportunities for personal reflection.
Depending on the product purchased, a digital resource may include downloadable audio or video recordings, companion documents, guides, workbooks, worksheets, exercises or other digital materials.
The relevant sales page will explain what is included in your purchase.
2. Wellbeing disclaimer
Our digital resources are intended for general information and personal reflection.
They are not medical or mental health treatment and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy or other professional healthcare support.
Everyone's circumstances are different. You are responsible for deciding whether the information and activities within a resource are appropriate for you and your individual circumstances.
If you have concerns about your physical or mental health, or feel you may need individual or specialist support, please speak to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.
Purchasing or using a digital resource does not create a therapist-client, healthcare professional-patient or other clinical relationship between you and Jody Macmillan | Mind & Wellbeing.
3. Individual outcomes
Our digital resources provide information, guidance and opportunities for personal reflection on the subjects described on the relevant sales page.
As everyone's circumstances and experiences are individual, purchasing or using a resource does not guarantee any particular personal or wellbeing outcome.
This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to the digital content you have purchased.
4. Purchasing and payment
The price of each digital resource will be displayed before you purchase.
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
Please check the details of your order before completing your purchase.
Your order is complete once payment has been successfully processed and you receive confirmation of your purchase.
5. Delivery, downloading and keeping your files
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant sales page, our digital resources are supplied electronically.
Where a product contains downloadable files, access to those files will be provided following successful purchase using the delivery method described at checkout or in your purchase confirmation.
Once the files have been successfully supplied, you are responsible for downloading and securely saving your copies.
Where a resource is described as yours to download and keep, this means you may retain your downloaded copy for your own personal use. It does not mean that access to the original download location will remain available indefinitely.
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase when it is initially supplied, please contact us at [email protected] so that we can help.
We are not responsible for replacing files that have been successfully supplied and subsequently deleted, lost or otherwise become unavailable on your own device or storage.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Our digital resources are supplied with immediate access.
Before completing your purchase, you will be asked to expressly consent to the supply of the digital content beginning immediately and to acknowledge that you will lose your statutory 14-day right to cancel once supply of the digital content begins.
Once supply has begun following that consent and acknowledgement, you will no longer have the statutory right to cancel simply because you change your mind.
This does not affect any statutory rights or remedies that continue to apply under consumer law.
7. Personal use
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing a digital resource gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the resource for your own personal, non-commercial use.
You may download and save the resource to your own devices and, where appropriate, print a copy for your own personal use.
You must not share your purchased files or access details with another person.
You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit or otherwise make the resource, or any substantial part of it, available to others without prior written permission from Jody Macmillan | Mind & Wellbeing.

All original content within our digital resources, including recordings, written material, exercises, worksheets, graphics and other original materials, remains the intellectual property of Jody Macmillan | Mind & Wellbeing unless otherwise stated.
All applicable intellectual property rights are reserved.
